Summer may be over soon, but there are still new things to experience at the Shore, like Brothers Daley, a new restaurant and bar in Sea Bright. The elevated Irish-inspired restaurant, open Wednesday-Sunday, features indoor and outdoor courtyard seating with plenty of warm lighting accents from chandeliers, stained glass lamps and string lights. The menu is made up of items from its raw bar; appetizers like Irish soda bread and deviled eggs; entrées like sweet corn agnolotti, brioche crusted halibut and overnight lamb shoulder; and Irish-themed desserts like white chocolate whiskey cake and Irish coffee. The extensive bar menu features everything from wine and mixed drinks to Irish beers and whiskeys.
