As far back as he can remember, Alex Riley wanted to be a chef. Today, helming the ship at Brothers Daley in Sea Bright, Riley is pulling from a career’s worth of influence, technique, and experience to craft one of Monmouth County’s most exciting and eclectic menus.
Originally opened in 2024, and quite recently relaunched after a brief winter hiatus, Brothers Daley in Sea Bright offers a hip, upscale twist on the traditional Irish pub, right in the heart of the Jersey Shore.
Stepping through a foliage-covered trellis, we left the busy center of Sea Bright outside and entered a hidden, enclosed outdoor garden space with trees, shrubs, hanging lighting and live music, which provided a serene escape into a world of its own.
We were thrilled to welcome @MonmouthCountyFoodie to Brothers Daley, and even more excited to hear how much she enjoyed her visit! She loved the atmosphere, the handcrafted cocktails, and the unique vibe we strive to create every day.
Summer may be over soon, but there are still new things to experience at the Shore, like Brothers Daley, a new restaurant and bar in Sea Bright. The elevated Irish-inspired restaurant, open Wednesday-Sunday, features indoor and outdoor courtyard seating with plenty of warm lighting accents from chandeliers, stained glass lamps and string lights.
Brothers Daley in Sea Bright, NJ is a brand new NJ restaurant in Monmouth County that is seriously one of the best new restaurants I’ve tried. @brothers_daley first off, the design and decor in this restaurant is breathtaking. The bar inside is stunning and a great place to grab a pre or post dinner cocktail.
